1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Shasyasetu platform (website, mobile app, or any related service), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must not access or use the service.

2. Platform Role — Marketplace Intermediary

Shasyasetu's role is limited to:

• Providing a digital platform that connects buyers with registered farmer-vendors.
• Facilitating order placement and confirmation between buyers and farmers.
• Processing payments securely via a licensed third-party payment gateway.
• Distributing payments to farmer-vendors via split settlement after order fulfillment.
• Earning a pre-disclosed platform commission per successful transaction.

At no point does the full payment made by a buyer permanently reside with Shasyasetu. The platform retains only its agreed commission; the remainder is settled directly to the farmer-vendor.

3. User Obligations

• For Buyers: You agree to provide accurate delivery information, place genuine orders, and complete payment as per the agreed terms. You acknowledge that orders are fulfilled by the respective farmer-vendor and not by Shasyasetu.
• For Farmers / Vendors: You agree to provide accurate product descriptions, quantities, and pricing. You are responsible for fulfilling and delivering orders to buyers in a timely manner and to the agreed quality standards.
• All users must be at least 18 years of age and must not misuse the platform for fraudulent purposes.

4. Payments & Commission

All payments on the platform are processed through a licensed payment gateway (such as Cashfree or Razorpay). The platform uses a split settlement mechanism:

• Upon successful order fulfillment, the farmer-vendor receives their applicable share directly.
• Shasyasetu retains a transparent, pre-disclosed platform commission per transaction.
• The platform commission will be communicated to users at the time of transaction or listing agreement.

Shasyasetu reserves the right to modify the commission structure with prior notice of at least 7 days.

5. Order Fulfillment & Delivery

Orders are fulfilled and delivered by the respective farmer-vendor. Shasyasetu does not operate its own logistics or delivery infrastructure. Delivery timelines and responsibilities are as described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All platform content including the Shasyasetu name, logo, design, and software are the intellectual property of Shasyasetu and protected by applicable law. Users may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any platform content without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

Shasyasetu, as a marketplace intermediary, shall not be liable for any disputes arising from the quality, quantity, or delivery of products between buyers and farmer-vendors, beyond what is described in our Refund Policy. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the platform.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Rajkot, Gujarat.
